Click or tap "Request Maintenance" to begin.
Enter a detailed description of the issue, including:
Tip: Check the information window for an overview of the maintenance process. After entering your details, click "Next".
We may ask for more details, such as model numbers or photos, to help speed up the process. Photos are especially useful and may be required.
You can check the status of your request anytime by logging into your portal and going to the "Maintenance" tab.
