Rent is collected through our online portal with clearly defined payment deadlines and late payment fees. Residents can pay via ACH, auto-debit, or credit card, ensuring consistent and timely deposits for property owners.

Our property management software handles all accounting needs electronically, from rent collection to expense payments. Owners have online access to monitor property performance in real time, and we generate monthly activity reports as well as year-end summary reports.
