If you apply to rent a property, become a resident, own property we manage, or provide services as a vendor, we may collect and store information necessary to provide our property management services and maintain business relationships. This may include but is not limited to employment history, income verification, references, banking and payment information, tax information, and other information required for tenant screening, lease administration, property management, and vendor coordination. We use third-party services to conduct background and credit checks as permitted by law.
SMS/Text Messaging. If you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS messages from us, we will use your phone number to send you text messages related to rental inquiries, applications, property updates, and resident communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality. Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use.
User Content. We may allow you and other Users of our Services to share their own content with others. This may include posts, comments, reviews, or other User-generated content. Unless otherwise noted when creating such content, this information may be shared publicly through our Services.

Our Affiliates and Representatives. We may share your information with our affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives as needed to provide our Services.
Other Users. Content you post on our websites, including comments, may be displayed to other Users as appropriate.
Analytics Partners. We work with analytics partners to collect and process certain data regarding your use of our Services. These analytics partners may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources.
